| I just recently started playing the english version. I can't read russian so i'm sorry if these suggestions have already been made on this forum, but here are a few i think would make the game better:
1. hearing aids, cochlear implants and bone anchored implants to improve hearing:

you could buy them from smugglers in cali cantinos. they can come in different quality, like the lenses. local, chinese and european. then you take them to a doctor and he performs the surgery, unless it's a normal hearing aid, then you can wear it right away.
the hearing aid should be the cheapest and provide the least improvement, and then cochlear and bone anchored would be the medium and high end, and would provide the best boost. i'm not sure which is better in real life, cochlear or bone anchored, so maybe the programmer can just flip a coin to determine which is the high end and which is the mid range. the most expensive one should give you almost perfect hearing (at least 90) but should be very expensive, probably at least 100k.
2. gyms, so you can improve your strength, stamina, agility, dexterity, melee and reflexes. it would also increase your max energy and health. i don't think i need sources for these, but if you need to know how this makes sense, here it is: weights for strength, exercise bike/tread mill for stamina, yoga/aerobics/gymnastics for agility, one of those small punching bags that you punch really fast for dexterity

and finally, a boxing ring with a sparring partner to improve reflexes. i don't know how it would be implemented. maybe add a new dialog to the doctors and pay them to use their gym.
3. shooting range to improve shooting, sniping, heavy weapons, throwing and snap shot. no explanation needed. there is already a training ground outside puerto viejo, you could add an NPC there and pay him to use the shooting range. there could also be a sneaking/stealth course to improve camouflage skill.
4. university in sagrada to improve all the technical skills and intelligence. sapper, doctor, mechanic, trading. each of these classes would also improve intelligence.
finally, something like this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rI01qKAqYts) to improve your merc's experience, so they don't panic so easily in battle.
to prevent players from abusing this to create super soldiers you could make it very expensive so that players can only do it in the mid game, after they have lots of money and good daily income from controlled sectors/mining etc.
sorry if this has already been mentioned on the forum, but i don't speak russian so i can't check it. what does everybody else think? are these suggestions good?
